Creativity is personal. So is trust.
I’m Phil “Zain” Dias Jr., a New Jersey–based creative director, filmmaker, photographer, and educator.
I believe great creative work starts with understanding people: their stories, ideas, and what they’re trying to accomplish.
From developing concepts and directing productions to building visual identities, I combine storytelling, creative leadership, and technology to transform ambitious ideas into meaningful work.
For me, collaboration is built on trust, honest communication, and mutual respect. When someone brings me their vision, I want them to know it’s in capable hands.
